Returns and Refund

For trade customers, please notify us within 14 days after receiving the goods if the goods are faulty. You can notify us by email at wen@peachaccessories.co.uk. We will either arrange a collection or for you to post back to us after approval or arrangement made between us.

Refund will be paid within 5 working days after receiving the returns or equivalent value of credit note will be issued.

Next day Delivery

We will provide next day delivery to UK mainland and Scotland if you can place your order before 1 pm (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays).

You will receive a text message or email by DPD before they arrive.

For Republic Island, Northern Island will be two days delivery.

Postage

For retail orders of £50 or under, the shipping cost is £3.00 for next day delivery, £5.00 for Northern Island, Public Island. 

For retail orders over £50 shipping is FREE.
